have you made an info pass appointment to your local field office? they can tell you if you should apply for a new one.

my old i485 was stock in Texas uscis don’t want to do it every time I called they said go back to the judge judge have jurisdiction in my case and my case was terminated since February 2022 I’m no longer in removal.my lawyer said let’s do a new one and it’s gonna go directly with uscis to get my green card .he said wè not gonna raise time anymore with this wrong people let’s do a new one

@los men no I’m not making any info pass appointment you don’t need info pass appointments to do feel your application this people in this line are crazy he don’t know nothing bad people on this line customer service

because uscis don’t want processing my old i485 because when I was filed .I filed directly with the immigration court and the judge dismissed my removal proceedings when I go back to uscis,uscis was refused to do my i485 to get my green card.that’s why my lawyer file a new one for me with uscis to get my green card

@Baltimore fillers u have to reach out to DHS attorney. they are the one who should move ur a-file to USCIS. they should do it automatically but they didn’t.

my situation is almost the same but uscis denied my case and sent me administratively closed letter,I got my my case dismissed and refiled 5months ago…still waiting for a decision
