my I140 was approved in September 2020, don’t hold your breath!

we submitted everything in march 2020 concurrently. I140 approved in March 2021. they haven’t even requested medicals, yet 😬😬

yes, I got it last night. it is for medicals and birth certificate (we sent the birth certificate when we filed but they are asking again).

@og trt do we need to show the original birth certificate during interview or just a copy. the one i submitted initially was a very old one which is half riped now. so I had to apply again and received a new one now. will they accept new BC
