Yes, Avid, I'm in the same boat. My whole Petition has been stuck .. I-485, I-140, I-1765 and I-131 ...since October 2020. But it will really help if you don't allow this issue to stress you out so much. Trust me, I had been experiencing the same frustration. Everything will get better soon. Try to expedite through your congressman / woman. That's what I did last week, and I was assigned to a case worker/liaison yesterday. Hopefully I will receive some positive news soon.

LorLor thanks for the encouraging words.. I have reached out to the Senator for the i485 but they do not have an update for me and its been 2 months since i opened a case with them..

I do not what is happening but USCIS is processing 2021 cases and they are not processing 2019 and 2020 cases

They have the applications on the back burner.

I got ead but no AP, waiting since 5 months for AP, the slowness is ridiculous
