I485 status
hi.. our I485 was filed in feb2023 with PD of Apr2020 (EB2 to EB1 porting), however it went to CRP in Aug2023;with Jan24 bulletin, my PD is current.
I called USCIS help desk to check status.. and they say that my case is in TSC, whereas I did get notices that my case was transferred to NBC in Mar2023. Don't know what this means and I am confused. anyone have similar experience
agent also mentioned that my case was last looked on 23Jan2024.

If it is in CRP and there is nothing pending like medical etc then I feel you should not worry in my opinion. It should get approved soon since it is current.

Same boat. My PD is Aug 17 with filing date in Jul 23. PD is current since Jan 24. Expecting a decision soon.

@Murali K , how do we call tier1? any different phone number.. for preference category I do have the I140 approval notice with PD as Apr2020

@Murali K could you please share more about 131 expedite and it’s connection to call? my 131 is pending more than a year.. Emma says normal
