Hello guys. I have filled my i485 one year ago, bio 7 months ago, i485j two months ago and I didn’t received my medical exam yet. This is normal? someone can tell me what is medical infertile? I heard about that…

I thought once you get your interview scheduled you have to go get the medical done and bring it there ? I also don’t know what you mean by i485j - but that’s at least my understanding. sorry if I cannot help.

We sending the medicals without RFE and asking USCIS to attach these medicals to your 485 file. When they pick your file and they see your medicals, they process your case without issuing an RFE. The chance of this working is about 50:50. It doesn’t guarantee that you will not get RFE after interfiling. If you think your case will not retrogress, I would wait for an RFE.
