when did you file for I-485 ? is it in NBC ? is your I-140 approved and did you send your medical and birth certificate along the original petition ?

I think he meant by receipt number is IOE or MSC ? Probably your RFE is going to be repetition of birth certificate although you submitted it or I-485J which you can answer as not required for NIW
