do you have a lawyer. I think that is a good idea to submit online complete file as well before the hard copies are processed. don’t take my advice for granted, I am not a lawyer:)

if you have a missing documents you can upload on the unsolicited evidence, buh it is not advisable to upload the exact same documents you send through mail, and you sure was delivered to the office, this would slow done the case.

You’ll have to mail in I-693 form in the sealed envelope anyway. It wouldn’t be valid if you open it and upload online anyway. However, if you mail the sealed envelope, I don’t see any problem also upload the backup copy.

I would only submit it through mail.

@vera do not upload anything before USCIS requesting you… if you have sent docs by mail then you receive mail to create your online account… if you create online account all docs you sent by mail it will automatically uploaded by USCIS on your profile.. so don’t do anything before requesting

I-94 is only one side page.. you need to submit most recent record of that..

@yP P yes the page is only one side but the card is both sides so I needed to send both and I only sent one side but I uploaded everything just in case

what is card ? I know they have attached card in my passport when I entered usa from Canada via bus back in 2018.. but that is old record for me.. so I didn’t submit that card…

@yP P it’s like a paper card that has a passport picture of you and it has your name and your alien number, and in the back it says point of enter which is what I would use if I went out of the United States

I don’t think you even have to worry. For some, they don’t attach that piece of paper anymore, you can get it online and just print off the copy on the website. Here’s what online I-94 looks like if you type in your information, and they’re really simple as long as you have your record of entering and leaving country in the past, you’re good. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search

@S L ooo I’ve never left the U.S only entered illegally so all I have is my DACA information and my I-94 and passport which is what they asked for
