is nbc worst for processing speed?

every 485 starts with NBC nowadays. other service centers started focusing on other petitions. NBC may later route to field office and that is when processing time starts counting ( in reality)

it’s very weird that some of my colleagues got it in 4.6 months post filing i485 eb1a PD 2018. some of these timings I see are absurd! all of my colleagues interviews are waived as well! I am from Bay Area west coast.
