i485 pending since march2023
applied March 2023 my wife is US citizen till now I485 I130 still under review since March with no rfe requested my case was transferred to local office currently my wife is pregnant and due date is july and will move out of state by end of june is there a way to expedite my case should i do expedite request should i upload the ultrasound image of the baby on Uscis account as a evidence i really want to avoid moving my case to a different state anyhelp will be appreciated it is really stressful for me and don’t know what to do thanks

I think you can't expedite because of the pregnancy. If you could, many people just got pregnant, so they could expedite their cases or visas to come here to take care of their pregnant wives in the States. You could ask but prepare for their “answers”

@mash man Yes you could update the ultrasound and also state the due date. Also contact your Senator or Congress person telling your situation and that you need their help to get your case adjudicated. Good luck🤞🏾

best thing is to contact your congressman sometimes they help sometimes they don’t my case been pending since 2021 we wanted to move since 2022 but until now we are stuck here in Florida we tried everything we already did interview in January 2024 we are about to move to Georgia that’s gonna be another delay. we have a company that’s about to go bankrupt because I cannot get loan nothing because I am not yet a resident plus my work authorization expires soon trust me if they plan on dragging their feet on your case nothing you upload or do will stop them we been waiting since forever I even got a lawyer and the lawyer herself is confused as to why they won’t look at my case so it’s just luck and who they like
