I485 pending from 2020 vawa approved in February
hello my vawa was approved In February 22 2024 I have I485 from 2020 pervious marriage pending . my lawyer tell me she think i should file a new I485 am so tired am frustrated. I did infopass they said my case is at Vermont centre do anyone know how long it take for I485 transfer from Vermont centre to field centre it been 7 months vawa approved

seek for help from your Congressman. There is no need to apply for another I-485. If your 2020 I-485 Application is found and sent to NBC, you would be approved within short time. However, experienced immigration attorney knows better

AUG22 ok am calling not really getting to anyone at congressman office but I will continue to call to make appointment my lawyer don't even respond to call on message it crazy

my vawa was approved on 16 Feb I have my old i485 pending from 2020.it's takes around 3 to 4 months for work permit and travel document .

file a new form i485, this was me for good 2yrs waiting after approval of my i360 ,I went for infopass,they told me that my marriage base i485 has been closed that i have to file for a new i485, which i did and included my approval notice,1yr exactly I got greencard few months ago

j h wow it so crazy I call uscis yesterday checking on my i485 they telling me it pending and case is at Vermont centre . I got update my vawa was approved but I did not received my approval notice on my lawyer tell me she reach out to then like 5 months ago but did not get any response about my approval letter. when apply for new i485 what document did you send in like medical what else
