@Long Journey the congress told me that it doesn’t mean anything is wrong but I do have a criminal record nothing that makes me not eligible but I think that’s why I’m under extend review. do you have a record too? what’s your pd date?

@Long Journey I hope so. I have a meeting with a lawyer 11/3 to see if they can help. I don’t want to file mandamus because I don’t no how much it costs but I’m desperate. praying for us 🙏🏼

@faith in God 🥲 I was married before to a U.S. citizen but never filed for my papers, the marriage was a mistake and I divorced fast. did you get approve after you file for mandamus? if you don’t mind me ask how much did it cost? I applied with no lawyer so I wanna no how much they will charge me to finish case. it’s just I-485 my I-130 has been approve. I do have a criminal record of driving without a lisence which I was honest about. I was think that’s what the extended review is about

It could mean a lot of things, could be they just taking their time, or could be they are checking something. You can sue on your own, and much cheaper, my friend did it, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is channel Immigration Aid helping out people
