i485 pending
Hello. I submitted the i485 exams at the end of June and I have not received any response about the USCIS having received them. The FedEx shows it as delivered, but USCIS still hasn't attached it to my file. Anyone else waiting?
I am afraid that the deadline for submitting the exams will expire and I will have problems with the adjustment.

I tried to contact Emma, but she told me my process time is right and I need to wait for some updates

I sent it to Chicago FO 50 days ago and no status changed to received yet! They said I need to wait at least 60 days to complain :(

i submitted my RFE on May 25 to the Nashville office. i haven’t heard anything from them since then.

@Jessica P Omg really? I sent june/29 and I'm waiting yet. Emma told me that I need to wait for 60 days after the exams was delivered to send a new message to them

@Dan Chr yep after 60 days I reached them out and they said that I should wait because they are having a heavy number of process and my process still on time. so I’m waiting. My lawyer said it is probably coming out in September ( new fiscal year)
