@JP GG I brought the all documents that were asked like birth certificates, my i20s, all the ead cards that I had, but they didn't ask any of those. I had a dependent as well so, we both had our interview together. They focused more on marriage rather than employment. But the interviewer just asked me how did you find this job and do you know the owners. my Case was changed case ready to be scheduled for interview on November 16, 2021 and on December 27 interview was scheduled and Jan 27, 2020. Interview completed. Interviewer told us he got everything needed and gave us the white paper saying he was gonna do some background check. Next day after interview got a notification saying new card is being produced.

@anonymous user I couldn't expedite as it was an employment based.

@m w actually I never got a RFE, it was a deficiency letter stating I was missing medical.

@Lucca Lunetchelli I felt my interview was kinda tough. I was the primary applicant but he started interviewing my wife first. He was asking us questions non stop and our interview lasted 1 hour. He asked how did we meet. My birthdate to my wife. Where did the marriage took place, how many people. As me and my wife live in a different state he asked why didn't my wife moved with me, when is she gonna move. But we had valid reasons and we answered all the questions. Well all the best.

congrats Leon .. what did u reach your congressman for ?
l
leon shelbyJan 29, 2022
@ A S after I received my deficiency notice for medical I sent them but they never responded that it was received or was shown in my file. I contacted Tiert 2 agents but they said it didnot show in our record so I contacted Congressmen as soon as my congressman put an inquiry it changed that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, then again I waited more than a month and I told my congressman to put a second inquiry and my case changed to interview is scheduled.
