@Michelle Mendoza same happened to a lot of people recently including me. It doesn't seem to mean anything, they are just moving cases around

please share your timeline. have you at least received receipts for all forms? if you filed concurrently for all forms, your i360 VAWA will remain at Nebraska for processing and there will have no update unless at some point they may send and RFE, aside from that you are only expecting a Prima Facie related to the i360 and the 485 almost always gets transferred.

if they don’t need send an RFE you won’t see anything updated after you’ve received intial receipt and Prima Facie (which they don’t always update online, I added mine here manually when I received it) for at least 3+ years, that is the average time they are taking to adjucate the i360. currently we are seeing that they are just getting to ppl who filed around Nov/dec 2021

I filed in dec 2020 , and my 360 is still pending.

I got my prima facie 3 months after filing

but I’m so confuse why there updates on my I485 and not my I360 yes I recieved all of the notices

@Michelle Mendoza what updates on the i360 are you expecting exactly? the 485 almost always get transferred and they notify you of that and you will get a request for biometrics for the 485 also. there willl be no updates for your i369 for at least 3 years and if they send you an RFE which not everybody receives an RFE request.
