it doesn’t indicate anything - nothing will move forward unless your PD is current they cannot issue you GC!.

but why they should ask for medical or even send the rfe when case is pending

@s s they might be ensuring all docs in place when they review a case and issuing rfe , the PD I see is Dec 2022 ,EB1 is Jan 2017, I don’t see it moving to dec 2022 in 6months, maybe 2-3 yr wait

@Mocha M I got your point. but medical expires in 2 years so why they ask now and again after 2-3 years when it becomes current. I am also pessimistic but little optimistic here because when cases are CRP then I guessed they don’t work at all on any of the cases

@s s it will be a miracle if priority date moves to Dec 2022, look up stats on pending EB1 cases you will get an idea , also them asking for medical has nothing to do with adjudicating GC if PD is not current.

I agree with 2yr expectation , not in 6months as mentioned by ss

how many cases are pending for EB1?

@Atharv A @Mocha M my medical were submitted along with application and it was done in august 2022 so they should ask me again whenever the case becomes current

it’s valid for 2yrs so unless they adjudicate your application post 2yrs they won’t ask again

what’s the prediction eb1C india FAD for year 2024?

@A G I saw your earlier post where you mentioned that your dependents did not get EAD along with you. can you please let me know how long it took for them to get their EAD? I’m in a similar situation and it’s been 2 months since I received mine and my husbands petition is still under biometrics.
