i485 marriage base message from congress woman

USCIS responded to my Congresswoman about my case
Can someone please tell me what the hell does this means! my marriage is so real tell you’d need to pay me and wife a trillion dollars to say is fake ! we’ve been together since 2015 with a 3 year old daughter but however the I 130 is approved!

I got response from congressman last they said:(your I 130,485 under decision review and we’re going to take a decision within the next 60 days)..I don’t know if they are going to mail me the decision or not

@bagamas born she went through both the Congress and senator office, and both came back with the same letter saying they are taking longer than usual because of an extended background check. I’m Almost sure they say that to everyone so they can buy some time. horrible! I feel bad for everybody that’s dealing with the USCIS right now

but my thing is they don’t give you an interview unless you pass the fbi background check ! after you take biometrics!

my lawyer says it’s a pre-papered message and doesn’t mean anything and that I’ll get approval soon and he has no worries! it’s been 4 weeks I feel like my application is lost! my sister in law had her interview last Monday and she was told this exact same thing in the interview BUT HER STATUS CHANGED TO CARD BEING PRODUCED AND SHE GOT HER GREEN CARD THAT FOLLOWING WEEKEND WE HAD INTERVIEW AT THE SAME OFFICE OAKLAND PARK FL
