I personally think you are way to early wait al least 16 months or your mandamus will be rejected or dismissed you are not even at the processing time month

Hi everyone — I filed my I-485 (asylum-based) last year and it’s still pending. Biometrics are done, no interview yet, no RFE. I’m now over a year of waiting and I’m starting to think about WOM, but I’m not sure if it’s too early.

@God Is Good no uses tu pasaporte no es necesario con tu RTD es suficiente si eres asilado por razona politicas si tendrás problemas. por que usar el pasaporte de nuestro país es decirle al gobierno de EEUU que nos aplarmamos bajo la ley de nuestro país. entonces eso pone en duda al oficial 👮‍♀️ por qué estamos en estus de asilo y seguimos usando el pasaporte de nuestro país. mi consejo es no lo uses aún que no te afecte en el momento de entrar pero su afectará en el momento que quieras naturalizarte como ciudadano americano.
