I applied for I-485 in Aug 2022, with an already approved EB1C I-140 (so my date in current, from 2021), medicals were filed together with the 485 application. Received EADs, but I-485 still pending, being bounced around from NBC to Texas , now back to NBC ... Should be approved hopefully soon, but who knows what they are waiting for. But you have the best outcome already under the PD retrogression scenario - Your I-140 is approved and you already have received your EADs and APs..

it was for medical I693.. Thanks everyone! I got closed envelope from civil surgeon and sent for uscis submission. what’s lead time for greencard processing from i693 submission? when can I expect greencard?
