I485 j job portability
Has someone here file the I485 j for job portability? I am thinking about changing jobs (my I485 has been pending more than 6 months and the I140 has been approved) but I am wondering if this can delay my green card approval once my PD is current (June 2022)

I-140 also has been approved for 180 days as well. Of course there will be more time processing your case including I-485J and highly likely to get an interview. But since you will need more than 2 years now to be processed, it is worth to bet
