I485 is pending for 14 months, no update since 1 year
My I485 receipt date is September 3, 2024. Last update is fingerprint taken on October 3, 2024. Since then there is no progress. Tried to get update through live agent several times, they don’t give any information. Communicated with local congressmen, they also got generic reply from USCIS. Tried again to connect local congressmen, they don’t reply. My friend whose priority date is current in October, he got approval within 16 days. It’s disappointing to wait for long time. Also, people see their status as “Case is actively been reviewed “, which isn’t same for me. What can be done to get some progress. The case is stuck at NBC.

@Pintu Kumar Sadhu Almost exact situation. PD13March 2023. RD5july2024. biometric 5 September 2024. then nothing since then. I’ve seen too many cases with March 2023 PD got stuck. seems something wrong with that. not sure what is it? did you submitted your I140 and I485 yourself or through lawyer?
