i485 Interview Marriage Based
Hello, My Interview has been scheduled at a location than my present address. We had moved couple cities in VA since we applied and because of that we had put mailing address for OH since my wife’s parents live there. Initially, I had done my biometrics at Alexandria, VA and I thought my interview will also be scheduled in VA (Norfolk or Fairfax) but it’s been scheduled in Columbus, OH. Could someone please advise!! Thanks in advance.

No matter how many apartments or cities you have been moving to, your initial address, unless you make a change on the website is the one you mentioned in your application... Therefore your in laws parents in OHIO so you will have to travel over there for your interview unless you insist to do that in VA which will be crazy of you because if they postponed your interview, you will have to wait a couple of months or even a year. don't schedule your appointment. try and go to Columbus for tour interview

@Parker, Thank you for the suggestions! I’m just trying to understand how the biometrics appointment was based off of my physical address but then my interview appointment is based off of my mailing address. I had only put OH address as my mailing address not present/physical address.
