I485 Interview
hello Everyone,
So today I chatted with a live agent and thisnis the second time I’m told my interview was waived. my PD is 6/6/22. Got EAD back in Dec, I had an update on I130 on March 9th and my case was transfered to FO in San Jose back on 11/29/22. Also when I log in to USCIS my estimated time to complete shows 2 months.
how accuarate are this live agents? and has anyone else had a similar experience?

No one really knows.
Some persons were told it was waived and it was waived.
Others were told it was waived and had to turn up for interview.
You will have wait and see.

mine was waived July 2022
then I received request for evidence in January 2023, two months now after they received the evidence

I was waived and got an rfe and approved. I have my green card with me. the nbc recommends the interview be waived and the field office officer makes the final decision if to keep it waived or send an rfe or call you guys for an interview

@Asma Saleh under the I130 therebis a section for processing time it was at 3 mintha and las week dropped to 2 months. uou have to log in
