@param singh : when was your deadline for your medical form ? did you get any deny letter? was rfe send by field office or NBC?

@m p : Uscis asked you for additional document on December 2023 , they updated it on September 2024, almost 9 months. didn’t get any decision yet?

@param singh they did they Same thing to me they just denied my case when I call ask for infopass I went to the local office they gave me the letter said they send me a RFE I don’t answer which is I never received no update about it on the web site so appeal your case send all the proof you have you never received it and cross your fingers pray God they reopen it on 6 months of less the crazy thing you gonna have to wait they re send it again after they reopen it so says you just loose a year in your life

@Hope Hope as long as you have receipt that you sent medical, and adress was good, you don’t have to worry. even if they will deny (hypothetically), it’s easy to fix. but I think they received it but didn’t update it in the system.

but I didn't receive any letter because it went to my old lawyer and my new lawyer don't even know .how I am supposed to respond .

@param singh , did you get your deny notice? or you are waiting to mail it to you . this thing happened to me. as others members mentioned, you need to apply for i -29B form to repen your case .

no it's all went to my old lawyer I called usics agent on Friday and She said that then sent rfe for medical on April and on August they denied the case . I am waiting for Monday to talk to my attorney and what we can do about it

no , my 485 , didn’t deny. I mailed them my medical RFE lately, and I did inquire about 40 days aftet i mait it to them , uscis said give us time , an adjudicated officer has been signed to my 485 , hoping nothing bad happen to my 485. I heard , RFE wasn’t updated by uscis especially when it comes from Field office, but I never seen anybody who has deny experience on 360 or 485 didn’t get update releted to denied cases. I believe that , I mean I am not sure. after they denied the case , applicant has only 30 days after deny letter was received, apply for i-29b form , you should call your old attorney office too . why he or she didn’t inform you. good luck 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@param singh First you need to figure out where the RFE came from, if it's from your local field office you can ask your current lawyer to schedule an appointment and take the documents with you, there is a chance they might consider it, but it has to be your local field office.

but I called usics they said because time limit is crossed so have to file new i485 .
