both of them separately, one in November 2019 second one in May 2021

No they approved i130 in April then I filled in May i485

Hi @Shib Mukherjee. Thanks so much for the info! Can you please tell us how you framed your question to Emma? I just sent a question to Emma asking for my date and time of interview. And then I put my receipt number after the question. Was that what you did? Thanks!

so i open emma, type chat with live agent, then they ask for case number, i put that then they show a bunch of option,, i choose case status, then they show connecting to a live agent, sometimes you wait a few minutes sometimes its immediate. The agent asks for case number name address email phone number. Then they ask you your question, i asked " i saw my case status is showing interview is scheduled, can you provide me the date and time". Then he wrote the time and date.

@YO yes 9-5 is when you can actually have a real agent chat with you. Start at 9.10 am then the response is immediate, you are not in a que to chat with the agents

hey all! So I did as advised by @Shib Mukherjee and I didn’t get an interview date, time or location. I was told that, according to my file, my interview hasn’t yet been yet. So maybe your interview was already scheduled and they were yet to update your status online.

One thing is "ready to scheduled" other is "interview scheduled" .with ready to scheduled other DON'T have a date an a time .you can call Emma or Uscis number is the interview is already scheduled
