my field office is Atlanta, what is the reason they sent you to Alabama for the interview?

Atlanta is my field office as well and I have the same question. I just started my process. My submission date is June 11th 2021.

@Dorcas congrats still waiting for my approval and I believe God will do it. pd 2018 Atlanta field office...went for my second interview 5/28/2021 still waiting....got my kids approval notice yesterday....hoping to get mine soon

sorry I’m just seeing all the messages
they didn’t give any reason as to why I was moved to Alabama, the officer I spoke to said that’s the field office that has jurisdiction over my zip code or maybe Atlanta is backlogged and it’s not strange for me to have an interview in Alabama
