@VarNeil Sh Congratulations! Could you share approx dates for below events - - I-693 interfiling - SR raised - Congressional inquiry raised. Also, which one made a big difference in your opinion SR or Congressional inquiry?

I believe Congressional inquiry helped the most. I had asked the Congressman office to confirm with USCIS if they received interfiled I-693. Post their submission, I got a response within two weeks, and status changed to Approved.

@GCW hp I sent the medical to NBC. I understand my file moved to the Field office after NBC received the interfiled medical.

@ VarNeil Sh - did you submit i693 without RFE?

@M Naray yes, submitted without RFE. I waited for a couple of months after the priority date got current, but did not get RFE to resubmit medicals. My initial medical submission expired, so I decided to send the medicals without RFE after three months post the priority date became current.
