Saw similar pattern on MSC 765 cases as well. 3 cases approved on 8/22 vs 593 approved a week ago

LIN 485 and 765 cases saw the same pattern too. LIN 485: 5 (8/22) vs 120 (8/15) LIN 765: 25 (8/22) vs 520 (8/15)

I think they are trying to add the myprogress tab to paper filed cases.

it bothers me so much. it is not tax operated business, it is not charity, it is a paid work - exorbitant priced. they have same quota (400k annual) every year. don’t they have Human Resources to process the quantity they promised and that hasn’t changed in decades. we are truly desperate checking status year after year for 10 different nonimmigrant and immigrants applications

how do folks generate these numbers?

@J A do you mean there is less chances of MSC aprovel? what do you mean by there few visas available? please explain in detail if you have any updates

@Sahib Zada it means all visa are used up for fiscal year 2023. That is the reason of the retrogression to hold visa approval. Look on the visa bulletin monthly so you will be updated. This coming October is the next fiscal year so another 140k visa will be issued for the EB for the whole year.

@J A The MSC approval rate has caught up today. Looks like there are still some visa spots this fiscal year and I agree there will be more in the new year. Wishing all of us some positive news !!!! 🤞🤞🤞
