I485 and i130
Hello Everyone, my husband applied for me i130 this month. I live inside us. We didn't apply concurrently. is it possible to apply i485 not concurrently but one month later applying for i130?
Is it gonna delay our processing so much?
Our center is in Nebraska.

you can apply, just add the receipt for the i130 to the package. Your priority date will be the same with the i130
