what was your filing date? did you get the employment and travel authorization already?

I had an interview more than two weeks ago and everything went very well. We even had a lawyer with us. We were told that they have everything what they need to make a decision and gave us paper that they have 120 to make that decision. We are still waiting for the decision. No updates so far. I saw many people in the same situation.

same here it’s been 104 days since my interview and still waiting

my filling up was received on the 1st of March. and no I don’t have my travel or work permit so far. wow all these numbers you guys are saying 😵😭

Luana Alve I went to my interview las week in Miami too, im in the same situation I don't know if they approved you on the spot, the officer approved me and the end on the interview but I don't have any updates on my case I'm still have the update sice my interview was scheduled.. at this time I don't really what's going on

@dulce no they didn’t approve or disapprove, he said that I could have 1 of the 3 outcomes, - approved, - asked to mail for evidence, - or be called for another interview. he said that the answer can come as little as 3 weeks or longer. it’s just frustrating not having at least the work permit, I haven’t seen my mom in a while, I am dying to go back home and see my family again and come back and finally start working like a normal person. 🥺

no I can't contact nobody over the phone, when I check my cases status still the same update the day my interview was scheduled.. do you check your case status online??
