I485, 765 and 131 National Benefit Center processing
I have submitted my AOS, EAD and AP sent to chicago lockbox on Aug 8th, 2024 but there have been no update on receipt notice. i contacted Emma after 40 days and received receipt number but after 45 days it still shows received. anyone have any idea how much time will it take before they start processing? any idea on EAD and how can one expedite?
is anyone aware of or faced similar issue?

not sure if they cashed my check yet as it was filed through lawyer. they mentioned they’ve mailed receipt notice 3 days back and I am yet to receive it!

@Pc ch I’ve heard that they can still reject the application due to payment issues even after they issue receipt notice. If the payment was accepted and you have receipt notice, you should be fine.

hey, if you have the receipt numbers you’re fine. I never received any physical noticies for any of the applications above except i140. I contacted them to request the copies and they never sent them
