I came in Legally on a k1 got married within 90 days before trying to adjust my status then removal proceedings came

so basically you can’t file a waiver until USCIS officer ask for it. you can’t jump start the waiver process. I don’t think you need a waiver but only USCIS officer can decide that. do u know why you are in removal proceeding ? it’s not normal to be in removal if you came with K1
