Hello,
I chatted to an live agent and he told me that my card has been shipped and he gave me a tracking number as well and tracking number shows card is supposed to delivered by today.
but I did not see any changes in my account then I chatted to an live agent again and he told me no card has been shipped to your address.
please help guys is it normal has anyone ever seen this?

These agents just tells you whatever together you off the phone...It's sad that a service that's supposed to serve you don't even care to misinform. I'll be so happy when I'm done with them.

did you receive any tracking number through your USCIS account? my status remains the same as well

if you receive a tracking number then use it thou if uscis mail your card they will send you the tracking them selves cos that’s what they did in my case

use the tracking number they provided. I wasn’t given a tracking number but I do have informed delivery so it showed up in my usps mail online that’s how I got my tracking number. my card was delivered today then my status updated to card was delivered. so use the tracking number they gave you.
