hey @liz Saavedra I’m in the same boat as @m&m s I submitted Feb 2019 and never got a response ! my lawyer send them every 6 months inquiries but they always send the same messages 😔what is the number that you call USCIS ?

OMG people! Get with your congressman/woman, they have direct access with USCIS and they can tell you what's going on!

@m&m s Because of this app! I saw many comments about congressman and I did an inquiry on my case, but that is all they said about your case that is pending? Did you ask if they can expedite since it already exceeded the 42 months mark? Also you can get with your lawyer and resend the pack including updated info

@M D they said my case is still within normal processing time . its pending and they sent a prima facia.. to allow 90 days until sending another inquiry.
im so exhaused. my congresswoman told me just be patient
according to them i guess this is normal processing time. its been 54 months the pain is too much at this point

@m&m s I don't understand why they say that, it days 42 months then you can file an inquiry. It is heartbreaking to know this happens, it can happen to anyone but keep hopes up, I'm sure you will hear somthing soon!
