@H K no rfe request. I submitted all that is required when I filed. fbi report, police report, affidavit/evidence and proof of abuse. so I just got approved, took 43months before approval

@November 2022 I sent in proof we together. House lease, medical insurance, car title, affidavit, abuse evidence, police report and FBI report

@d s I submitted 3 recommendations and witness, proof of previously married(bank account, life insurance, house lease, car title), police report of abuse, fbi background check, police good character report, pictures of when married, pictures of abuse when things started falling apart. I filed in Jan 2022 and got receipt dated Jan 24, 2022. I submitted i360, i485. And i485 stated received in march 2022, updated to biometric received in May 2022. I assumed my i360 case turned 36months in January 2025 and still no update. I called in my 2025 and the agent told me it was processed in march 2022 which means it just turned 36months in march 2025 as opposed to my calculation. I received update changed to correspondence received by the end of May 2025 without sending anything or asking for rfe. I received a letter for biometrics for i360 2 weeks ago. my biometric appointment is tomorrow. but I received update yesterday that my i360 was approved August 21 2025 and ordered new card August 22 2025. my appointment is August 25 2025 and I believe that will be used to process my i485.

August 1 22 and nothing I’m at 1120 days and still waiting

what it means I 360 is eligible I got a message in the case trackers that I 360 form is eligible on may 13 2025 and I filed the case April 22 2022 please tell anybody knows thank you 🙏

people you don’t usually of to wait exactly for the biometric appointment date to got do it, they don’t tell you but they take walk in. the thing is they gave you enough time to the date just in case you don’t receive your mail or if you’re not available you more than got enough time to work with.
