@Favor Mercy I did interview for mine, took less than 10mins after I was called in for the interview. got my decision same day and GC within 3wks . I was asked mostly yes and no questions from my i485 nothing on my i360, was asked about my kids, was asked for my ID and medical , less than 10questions were asked. No need to worry walk in victory God got you .🙏🙏

i360 is different from i485. @Tash B the interview you had was for i485. I think @Favor Mercy is asking about i360

@Favor Mercy be prepared they are going to asked a lot of questions from your 360 and more my interview last more than 4 hours for 360 and 485 my 360 was approved yesterday my card is being produced today thanks to God good luck

@ma Franklin Wow. I’m so nervous. 4hours? were you offered water to drink. I would have collapsed. did you go with your attorney? When was your interview? How long after the interview you got the card update?

@Favor Mercy when I went to my interview I had with me my medical exam ready to be turn in to the officer but she said to mail it to the office yes you can take a break if you want or drink water but I didn’t want to leave the room I wanted to finished and be done my attorney was there but on the back he is not allowed to be next to you only on the back of you if you don’t understand something you can double ask the officer

mine just got approved on Friday. no interview, BUT it was a widow I360.

@Favor Mercy my interview was in January and my Vawa case was approved yesterday card is being produced today hopefully I get the car next month I’m traveling to the border and I be going through a checkpoint

@God is great! Really great yes USCIS is now scheduling interviews for VAWA-i360 filing. Though they pick at random. Not sure what criteria they are using to determine who needs to be interviewed

@Favor Mercy I filled my vawa case in Chicago it took 403 days

@F A I guess they doing it differently now with this new administration. but she should be ok once everything on her application was the truth, she shouldn’t have to worry about it

@summerlover 07 no I didn’t. But I got an update that a notice was returned. not sure what notice it is. so was talking to someone and they mentioned people have been receiving interview notice for 360

@Muhammad E. No update and it’s been like 48 days past. the last time I called USCIS, I was told no changes/update to my attorney info yet. I’m only just hoping and praying for God’s mercies and Favors right now. I’m tired!

hey @m&m s No update at allll. been 34days now. Reached out to my senator to ask them what is going on. no response from Senator too yet.

@Favor Mercy i remember you telling me they sent you a notice for interview?

@m&m s yes it was returned to USCIS as it could not get delivered. the nxt notice they sent was rfe which still couldn’t get delivered despite updating my address. 3 times now that notices got returned. so I’d to involve my senator. someone isn’t doing their job!

@m&m s been waiting since Oct 2020. this is the first rfe. PFs I don’t know as I don’t receive it but whenever I contacted them, they’d say they issued me PF. congressman referred me to Senator. At this point, I’m tired and would just let God take the wheel. I’ll definitely update here whatever decision I get. fingers crossed. 🤞

@m&m s seems because case has stayed for too long, they’ll need new fbi records and other evidences too. I’m just 💯 tired!

@m&m s Honestly I don’t know the delay. I remember when my congressman reached out to them over a year ago, i was on background check. When my senator reached out a year later, they said my case had been assigned to an officer. And this year, around April, notice was sent out that couldn’t get delivered. So, we’ve been going back and forth on that since then…

@Favor Mercy same here. thats what they are telling me too. how strong is your case did you submit phsycological evaluation etc?

@m&m s yes I believe I submitted all relevant documents. However, I feel bcos it’s been over 3yrs I submitted/filed, they might be requesting rfe for recent fbi/good morals…not sure until I receive the rfe.
