I want to send my GC application before the fees take into effect. Would that be a wise move???? Please share your thoughts??? That way, I don’t have to pay for the travel parole and the work permit????

Good for you and God Bless. if you want to share you can share, it's up to you. Why do you think they approved your case in 2 months while others are waiting for 3 years.

@sam sam it’s I-360 approved, not I-485. I-485 takes 3 years. @Angie Gel pls let me know if your filing for I-485 with advance parole. all the lawyers say we cannot file but some people in lawfully app have filed.

@sam sam, I will file together with travel parole even if my PD is not current. I was advised that it’s okay and they will keep the documents until PD is current but at least they will process the work permit and the travel parole.
