our i485 got denied in October and we filed for i290b motion to reconsider/reopen. just received update that i485 is being reviewed again.does that mean i290b is approved?
i truly hope the i485 got approved this time😫

@My time will come In the Jesus name Amen most lawyers we have talked to advise us to try the motion. but re-apply is totally the best option especially if you felt like you were abt to be deported as i290b doesn't stop deportation. but i do hope it works out for you soon😊 sending you lots of positivity and hope

@e.c.c b we literally just filed for the I290B with a compelling letter explaining where there might have been some misunderstanding and provided additional proof that my husband has been legal in the country
