hi all,
I don’t have extra or additional joint documents to add to I290b applications. what should I do any suggestions ?
I have submitted all the necessary documentation with my vawa case. unfortunately they denied because I don’t have much documents.
I have submitted 3 years joint tax returns 2 banks accounts with transaction. 40 photos with wife on several locations from beginning to end of marriage, stimulus checks, marriage certificate, life insurance policy with all the payments history, affidavits from family and friends. T mobile details and personal statements and declarations and they still denied my case.
so what should I do ? I have submitted whatever I have proof my marriage.

@yamahar6 mohd get a psychological evaluation those work best for most emotional abuse. And no it’s not too late to get one done, you can seek counseling years post trauma that’s what military guys do they get help years after the trauma. Find a good psychologist who has dealt with Vawa cases, they know the exact language USCIS is looking for. Best of luck!

I suspect you've proven the relationship not abuse part.. Try to focus on abuse part if you have people who witnessed it.

@yamahar6 mohd it seems like you didn’t provide enough evidences of your abuse. even if you have all evidences of bona f marriage you still need to show evidences as a police report, pictures, court documents or psychologist evaluation.

@yamahar6 mohd you have bad incompetent lawyer who didn’t know what he is doing. why didn’t he help you at first time? don’t trust such lawyers. if he knew that not enough evidences why you both filed it. SMH

aside from Drs. reports if you've attended therapy that also helps. add those too. emotional abuse is hard to prove but not impossible. In my personal declaration, I referenced this doc" https://www.healthline.com/health/signs-of-mental-abuse#control-and-shame" and gave examples for different times and situations when my Ex. did those to me. I added screenshot text and pictures if any.

@yamahar6 mohd was the eval done by someone who hs dealt with vawa cases before if not, that could be the reason make sure the psychologist has worked with vawa before as i mentioned they have a certain language they use that USCIS understands. Then search court records for any history of your spouses domestic violence or related cases add those to show pattern that also works even if it wasn’t on you particularly but other partners
