i290b
hi all,
I don’t have extra or additional joint documents to add to I290b applications. what should I do any suggestions ?
I have submitted all the necessary documentation with my vawa case. unfortunately they denied because I don’t have much documents.
I have submitted 3 years joint tax returns 2 banks accounts with transaction. 40 photos with wife on several locations from beginning to end of marriage, stimulus checks, marriage certificate, life insurance policy with all the payments history, affidavits from family and friends. T mobile details and personal statements and declarations and they still denied my case.
so what should I do ? I have submitted whatever I have proof my marriage.

don’t give up. get another a lawyer and provide that same documents there should be a way. you will be approved trust me

I suspect you've proven the relationship not abuse part.. Try to focus on abuse part if you have people who witnessed it.

get letters from friends who witnessed how your spouse treated you.

aside from Drs. reports if you've attended therapy that also helps. add those too. emotional abuse is hard to prove but not impossible. In my personal declaration, I referenced this doc" https://www.healthline.com/health/signs-of-mental-abuse#control-and-shame" and gave examples for different times and situations when my Ex. did those to me. I added screenshot text and pictures if any.
