i1751 have been pending since dec 2020 just on fingerprints taken, fill jointly , and I decide to filled N 400 it been 4 months now, what else can I do to speed this process

@more grace Did you submit leases? All types of insurance? 24 months of account statements? Any travel made together? Also I think the N-400 will push your I-751 so stay put.

my initial evidence I summit lease and travel make together within United States, the request for more evidence state clearly i should not submit what I have already submitted, so I summit new more evidence, is up to one year now no decision yet

@more grace Since you filed for N-400, they will transfer your I-751 so your N-400 can catch up to it. Expect a combo interview, whenever you are invited for an interview.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

lawfully community, I have N 400 interview coming up soon, should I still need a lawyer to go with me, because am going with my wife and my our son, I still have 1751 pending, I need y’all advice
