I140 RFE pending for 8 months
My I140 case status was updated 8 months ago to RFE response received and nothing so far. Texas office. Anyone else in the same boat?

I have seen a guy who got a denial after 1 year after submitting his RFE response. I truly believe that's just speculation of how PP may affect the decision. You just need to have plan b in case of denial. for example refile or appeal. I saw several people got petition approved after refiling and using PP.
