i140 filed "Concurrently" or "Non- concurrently", does it affect the processing time for Nebraska center?
some are saying "Non concurrently" has a higher chance to get processed faster. what's your thought on this? i have seen people on both categories waiting. i found USCIS pretty random in making decisions. however, there might be a trend. so asking here

I’d also love to know. my lawyer said filing concurrently shouldn’t affect processing time but many people say there seems to be a trend where non-concurrent gets processed faster

I second this, filed semi concurrently ain Aug 2020 and still waiting for Nebereska to process my case

filed non concurrently but eb1a has pp so approved in 5 days and now filed i485. filed non concurrent so I can file i485 to phx lockbox instead of Nebraska and the lockbox has transferred to NBC.

I wish you luck, mine was in NBC and they transfered to NSC a few days before my I140 approval in Jan 2021 for speed up (haha), now begging to transfer back to NBC and no luck, all randomness

Mine was filed concurrently in Sep 2021, biometrics done in Jan 2022. Texas Service Center. Fragomen law firm filed on my behalf n advised its best to file concurrently to avoid RFEs

@greencard holder thanks for sharing. a fresh and encouraging advise. why do you think concurrent filing avoids RFEs? RFE for I-140? I also filed in September but to NSC. I wish mine gets approved soon too

i dont have any hopes for USCIS. we dont have any rights or way to get out of this. it seems.

filed 485 on November 4th 2021

All concurrent filling. i 140 765 131 485. May 2021. EB1C category. Biometrics done in June 2021. Medical letter received in Sept 2021 medical submitted Oct 2021.
waiting for approval. Nebraska. Hope i get it soon for all together.
