I am in the LIN239021 block, I did submit a service request but got no response. I am completely clueless as to where they are with the EB1B cases

@ln ben oh, I see. but it seems lately there's been some activity for the 021 block, at least moreso than the 022 block. are you planning on waiting this out? is your employer unwilling to file for premium for you?

I have wanted to go with premium processing for a while now, but employer is not ready due to their belief that premium processing triggers RFE

that's what my employer's lawyer keeps telling me as well. in retrospect not going for premium at the start was a massive mistake, as if the current petition is rejected after a year of waiting it sets back the progress immensely
