I140 + I485 (EB2 NIW, ROW) in 294 days
Yay finally.. it happened to me. My whole family’s so happy.
“New card is being produced” for me and my spouse.
No expedite, no premium processing, no interview, no SR, no RFE (not even medical because I sent it when I filed), no transfer notice (Just learned through Emma that it was on San Juan, PR FO last Feb. 14).
For my I140, I only have 1 recommendation letter from a professor (my Ph.D advisor)…
