I131 renewal greencard based
Should I return to the United States before I have spent a year outside the country? I flew back to my home country after getting my finger print because I was finishing my education here. The processing time is currently insane. I was wondering if I needed to return to the US within 12 months because I read that if you leave for more than a year, you lose your green card. I'm still waiting for the approval of my I-131.
