i131 Denied
I have filed second time my case(i485,i130,i131 & i765) back in Feb 2022 after initial Denial in Jan 2022 due to the reason that I did not provide previous year Tax return.
currently my second time filed i485, i765 and i130 are being actively reviewed and I received notification today that my i131 has been denied mentioning below reason
“You have not established that you filed a Form I-485 under section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act”
looks like a clear error from USCIS since I already have i485 pending, my lawyer mentioned not do anything since my other application are pending and no decision has been made on them.
I just wanted to share this

I had mine i485 and i765 denied in may 1 because of previous tax return too but my i130 wasn’t denied it went to actively review since may 1 and they sent me a rfe for bona fide marriage on may 31 I responded back in august a week later I got another actively review and no update since then my lawyer told me not to reapply for i485 and i765 yet until we get a decision on the i130 initial PD was march 11 2022 just know you are not alone okay 😊😊😊

@John k same happened to me recently I-131 denied due to proceedings i sent the dismissal letter along with the forms still denied i am a least got EAD approved just will wait for green card wich you the best
