when did you apply and when is it approved?

my I-765 and I-131 were approved at the same time so I got an EAD that states that it can be used for advance parole

got EAD 94days after filling, 485 was reviewed by an officer but PD is not current anymore still waiting for 131 (140 something days)

@Waiting GC eb3 skilled with pd is June 2022, filed all (485,765,I131) in June 2023 and first received the ead card after 3 months and around another month later received the AP approval notice so I want to make sure if only the approval notice will be sufficient or will there be a card for travel also? @Liv I thank you gor letting me know, so I don’t know if there will be anything other than approval notice I should be receiving for I131 at this point. @art bag yes there was around a month in between EAD and I131, so be on the lookout!

@eb3 skilled all you need is that letter, since the card is not a combo card. I am in same boat in terms of timeline and category. I also filed in June 2023, june 14th receipt to be specific, I only received my EAD, still waiting on the AP. Did NBC process your application? Any update to your I-485?

I was told by Emma live agent, that they should send a new card within 30 days after approval

My PD is june 2022. i filed I485,I765 and I131 on April 2023.Still waiting for the approval.

@Bob Zeiger could be the combo card the agent referring to? when both ead and I131 approved at the same time, I’m understanding that you receive one card that indicates both. However, if you receive your approval at separate times, you receive ead card for 765 and only approval notice for I131. @Sudip Prasai were you able to get your biometrics done?

@eb3 skilled I-131 is an application that was approved. I received a notice of approval I-797, but you can’t travel with it. Usually if I-131 approved with I-765, you receive EAD (combo card) with travel authorization. But if one was approved before, it’s I-512L only

@Bob Zeiger now understand it better. If they get approved separetely, they first approve I131 and send I-797 for it, but they also should send I-512L for us to travel, but of course not surprised hearing they just can’t seem to send both together because they need 60 days in between.
