I131 and I765 on HOLD
Was informed by Emma online agent that my I131 and I485 that is saying case closed benefits received by other means is on hold due to I485 review by Supervisor. What does that mean please? Anybody else has experience this? Thanks in advance for your response.

@Ahmed Ibrahim yes and you will see at the right hand corner Ask Emma. type in live agent in the chat type live agent and follow the instructions from there it's very easy and simple

@J A. u think so? it has been 17 days now and NOTHING no mail or no other updates....I485 is still showing fingerprints received

@Z T I can't confirm, but I've seen so many posts across various websites where people mentioned receiving the "benefits received through other means" message and subsequently getting their green card soon after. Technically, the other means are the green card. I'm hoping the same for you! But I would check with Emma again to confirm that your I765 is on hold. Sometimes Emma can make mistakes :) When did you submit your I-485?

@J A. my I485 was submitted in July my PD is 2017. it's confusing because some saying case terminated and some saying on hold. No notice has my been out as of yet and it's been 17 days since case was closed
