i130 went from received to reviewed
i130 was supmited on December 4th 2019 and after 2 years I requested an expedite request and they approved it and now it’s being reviewed and then they request for evedance and I submitted the documents and now showing the case has been reviewed by USCIS officer .
dose anyone know how long it will takes to get approved ?
please share your experience
the reason for request for eveidance to approve that my marriage is valid and legal cause I got married my wife when she was 17 years and 10 months .

You need a psychology report and dr. reports and some lab tests .
explain that the distance between us start to give me an anxiety , depress. plus you need an emergency reason .

you need to call USCIS and ask him to do a request for an expedite and tell them I have any documents I would like to submit
