Hi friend , today I chatted with Emma and agent told me that on 26th may 2023 my case under review by an officer and forward to field office , I don't understand stand what does it exactly mean , anyone who experience this , already 13.5 months , i130 US citizen filed for spouse , Vermont service center.

I think if your spouse is overseas, your application will go to NVC after the approval. Since it is going to field office, you should check with them.

@Mparmar Parmar Your case will be significantly delayed since it now went to a field office. call them asap. your case shouldn’t go to a field office..

@april 2022 I think this is wrong information given by live agent on that , cz again when I chat with Emma live agent they just told me that my case is still in process , I need to wait as 80% cases will approve in 14.5 months as of now

other day also when I chat the agent was giving someone else's case information, but immediately told this is wrong information then she apologized and said mistakenly happened

I have submitted my case on June 14 2022 and my case is in Vermont service center. and I’m US Citizen I still haven’t received anything yet from USCIS yet. 😔
