I130 Status update
I filed my wife’s i130 in December 2024. Today I received an email saying ‘an action has been taken on your case’ however the case status online says ‘Case is still being processed by USCIS is that all the action taken?

@Hamza Hussain @M K : I started by uploading the naturalization document to the portal and then Emma chat regularly starting October2025, they created 3 service requests for me and eventually I got an email in Jan 2026 saying my citizenship status has been updated(there was no change in the status on the portal)

@Sando Immi same here my pd july 2023 upgraded may 18,2025 got rfe sep25,2025 response to rfe received oct 7 still waiting for approval. which is yr field office?

@Disha Patel oh man! hope you get an approval on yours soon! field office was confusing for me, I got my email regarding citizenship update from Nebraska. But on my chat with Emma, I understood my case is in Tampa.
